DESKRIPSI



Vibration Analysis adalah sebuah metode untuk   mendeteksi unbalance, misalignment, kebengkokan shaft, eccentric rotors, Pulley dan Belts dan sebagainya, selain itu juga mengetahui adanya resonansi, mechanical looseness, oil whirl, kerusakan bearing, permasalahan gear mesh, motor dan lainnya. Sedangkan Tribology and Oil Analysis didefinisikan sebagai gudangnya pengetahuan pada persentuhan permukaan pada pergerakan relative contohnya pada jurnal bearing dan pelumasnya. Dengan analisa partikel keausan dapat disimpulkan mengenai kondisi dari internal part. Pengujian tersebut juga membandingkan sifat kimia dan fisik terhadap minyak pelumas baru untuk mengetahui fungsinya sebagai pelumas masih normal atau tidak selain itu juga meliputi pemeriksaan viskositas, kandungan air dan zat aditif.



Dalam pelatihan ini, akan dibahas mengenai implementasi Vibration Analysis dan Tribology untuk keperluan predictive maintenance secara detail mulai dari aspek teori hingga hal-hal yang bersifat terapan.

Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a dedicated experienced fulltime trainer and technical consultant since 2002. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB, Bandung. He has worked nationally in a wide variety of industries including: technology, aerospace, utilities, auditing, mining and institutions thus engaged as a corporate consultant. He also holds certifications for those particular fields from Snecma, France; Engine Support Inc., USA; Danobat, Spain; DNV, Singapore; MTU, Germany and FAA Auditor, USA.



Mr. Nugraha is a member of Indonesian Society for Reliability and was elected as General Sectretay for 2004-2007 period. INTRODUCTION




An application oriented program for industry, which aims to convey the latest thinking and best practice of machinery vibration monitoring and analysis via lectures and case studies. Industrial case study examples are used throughout the program to emphasize key points and to underline the relevance and applicability of the topics being addressed.



The program gives a detailed treatment of the detection, location and diagnosis of faults in rotating and reciprocating machinery, using vibration analysis.

Prof. DR. Ir. Indra Nurhadi



Prof. Dr. Ir. Indra Nurhadi is is a lecturer at Mechanical Engineering Department of ITB since 1975 and head of Computational Mechanics Laboratory since 1988 with nearly 30 years of experience in the industries. He received his bachelor degree in 1973 from Mechanical Engineering of ITB. His master and Ph.D degree were received in 1981 and 1985 from University of Wisconsin - Madison, U.S.A.



He regularly conduct seminars and training for the topics: Finite Element Method for Stress Analysis, Lubrication and Bearings, Selection and Design, Balancing and Alignment, Vibration Analysis for Machine Health Monitoring, Design of Machine Elements, Mechanical Design, Motorcycle Frame Analysis and Design.
