Ir. Budhi Harto, MM, is a practitioner who have 18 years extensive experience in petroleum production, completion, maintenance, mechanical facility engineering practice, and rotating machinery at major multi national offshore and onshore oil & gas  and  LNG companies. Excellent in planning, AFE budgeting, bid document preparation  as well as defining SOW , technical and commercial evaluation, contractor assessment and selection,  in major multi national oil & gas, and energy  companies. Excellent  analysis on equipment reliability & availability, mechanical equipment failure analysis, problem solving on heat exchanger, pumps, compressor, diesel engine, gas engine, crane and other plant equipment and utilities.  Self initiative, sound  business acumen and  knowledge of  economic analysis and fundamental petroleum well production,  adaptability to new environment & changes, and with minimum supervision for achieving bottom-line of goal, MS Office, MS Project, and MP2 CMMS computer software literacy.
