TUJUAN :


Setelah pelatihan peserta diharapkan dapat memahami teori dasar tentang mesin bensin & diesel kendaraan, dapat mengoperasikan, merawat, dan memecahkan masalah yang timbul pada kendaraan


 


CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING :




  1. Dasar-dasar Motor Pembakaran dalam : Pendahuluan, penggolongan & pengertian Motor Pembakaran Dalam, prinsip pengubahan tenaga pada motor bakar, macam-macam Motor Pembakaran Dalam, macam-macam konstruksi motor bakar torak, penggolongan motor bakar torak .

  2. Siklus Kerja 2 Tak (langkah) & 4 Tak (langkah) : pengertian, proses isap, kompresi, usaha/kerja, dan buang pada motor bensin dan diesel.

  3. Sistem Penyalaan : macam-macam sistem penyalaan, sistem pengapian baterai & magnet, macam-macam rangkaian silinder, urutan pengapian, macam-macam sistem pelumasan dan pendinginan.

  4. Definisi-definisi dasar : Volume silinder, volume motor, perbandingan kompresi, daya, momen torsi, efisiensi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya rasio kompresi.

  5. Prinsip Dasar mesin bensin & diesel kendaraan : Prinsip kerja, penggolongan motor diesel, Injeksi langsung & tak langsung, Super Charger & Turbo Charger.

  6. Perbedaan Motor Diesel & Bensin : proses kerja, perbedaan pembentukan campuran, perbedaan proses pembakaran, perbedaan momen putar, putaran, daya dan efisiensi.

  7. Sistem Bahan Bakar Motor Bensin & Diesel : Tangki bahan bakar, pompa transfer, advans saat penyemprotan,saringan, pompa injeksi, governor, injektor/ nosel, busi pemanas.

  8. Pompa Injeksi & Injektor : Jenis-jenis pompa injeksi & injektor, cara kerja, penyetelan pompa injeksi & injektor.

  9. Teknik Perawatan Dasar Kendaraan : Pengertian, operasi , pembongkaran & perakitan, strategi perawatan, perawatan komponen sistem bahan bakar Mesin Kendaraan.

  10. Perawatan Berkala Kendaraan: Harian, mingguan, bulanan, tiga bulanan, enam bulanan, tahunan, dan engine overhaul.

  11. Mekanisme Governor : Prinsip kerja governor, penyetelan governor mekanik dan pneumatik

  12. Mesin kendaraan berbasis kontrol komputer ( electronic control unit ) : Fuel system, Air induction system, Electronic control module )

  13. Starting System & Charging System

  14. Pedoman menjalankan Genset : Bahan bakar, minyak pelumas, menjalankan mesin baru, pemeriksaan sebelum menyetart mesin, hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan setelah mesin dapat distart, mematikan mesin, menyetart mesin pada temperatur rendah ( dingin ), menjalankan mesin pada temperatur tinggi.

  15. Perawatan Berkala kendaraan : Pelumasan ( bak minyak pelumas, minyak pelumas dari pompa bahan bakar,governor pneumatis, governor mekanis, minyak saringan udara, starter), perawatan sistem pelumasan, perawatan sistem bahan bakar, perawatan sitem udara.

  16. Perawatan & Perbaikan Sistem Pendinginan : Radiator,tegangan tali kipas udara,termostat

  17. Perawatan & Perbaikan Sistem Listrik : alternator, motor starter, baterai

  18. Pengokohan Baut-baut utama : Baut kepala silinder, baut bantalan utama dan pangkal batang penggerak, baut lainnya.

  19. Kerusakan, Perbaikan,dan Troubleshooting kendaraan : Kebijakan mencari sumber kerusakan, mesin tidak dapat distart, mesin dapat distart tetapi tiba-tiba mati, mesin dapat distart tetapi tekanan minyak pelumas tidak naik, pada waktu mesin bekerja, tekanan minyak pelumas berkurang, daya mesin berkurang.

  20. Knocking (ketukan ) : kemungkinan penyebab kerusakan, dan cara mengatasi

  21. Gas buang terlalu tebal : kemungkinan penyebab kerusakan dan perbaikannya.

  22. Reparasi Besar ( Engine Overhaul ) : Jangka waktu reparasi besar, hal-hal yang perlu diperiksa ( kepala silinder, katup isap & buang, silinder, piston, cincin torak, bantalan utama poros engkol ).

Total Preventive Maintenance adalah suatu professional manajemen tentang perawatan suatu mesin. TPM bukanlah sekedar teori tetapi dikembangkan dari best practice dan menjadi suatu proven method yang telah diterapkan di berbagai penjuru dunia.

Beliau telah berkecimpung di dalam dunia industri kurang lebih 15 tahun. Maintenanance dan Produktifitas, 2 hal yang sangat berkaitan dan saling menunjang telah dikembangkan menjadi suatu sinergi yang hebat dalam suatu sistem manufacture.


Sejak tahun 1999 telah mempelajari dan mengetrapkan Konsep TPM dan Kaizen di dalam suatu industri. Kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi TPM dan Kaizen ini telah dikenali dan diketemukan solusinya.


Awal tahun 2003, mendapatkan Sertificate TPM Basic dari Jepang dan disusul dengan penerimaan Sertificate TPM Advance juga dari Jepang pada akhir tahun 2004. Penerimaan sertificate tersebut tidak diperoleh secara teoritis saja tetapi juga dengan implementasi di Lapangan.


Tidak ketinggalan juga, Sertificate Kaizen Basic dan Advance juga telah diperoleh pada tahun 2001 dan 2005.


Berbekal pengalaman yang mendalam dan sertificate yang diperoleh, berbagai macam project telah berhasil dikerjakan dan berhasil dengan sukses. Project tersebut antara lain:




  1. Develop / training 25 group TPM dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2003 – 2006. Secara overall dengan TPM berhasil menurunkan Break Down rata-rata 15%, bahkan ada yang mencapai 40%.

  2. Develop / training 8 group Kaizen dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2001 – 2006. Secara overall dengan Kaizen, produktifitas dapat ditingkatkan rata-rata 20%.

  3. Presentasi tentang Keberhasilan TPM di Jepang pada tahun 2005.

  4. Pada November 2006 mendapat Medali Perak pada ICQCC, suatu konvensi international tentang QCC / SGA.

  5. Pada Februari 2007 menjadi pemenang ke-2 dalam lomba Best Practice Competition yang diselenggarakan oleh Omron Head Quarter di Kyoto-Japan.

  6. Sekarang sudah bergabung dengan ISSI Training dan Selnajaya Training sebagai Ascociate Trainer dan Productivity Consultant.

Course Leader:


This specially designed course will be conducted by DR. IR. Tri Yuswijayanto Zaenuri is an expert in Combustion Engine, Propulsion System and Fluidal Mechanic, who has a career in this engineering field for more than 15 years. He graduated from mechanical engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1987 and continued his study in Technische Universitaet Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld , Germany until he got the "Doktor Ingenier" (Dr.Ing) title in Tribology and Kinematics (Reibungstechnik und Maschinenkinetik) on 2000. He is the Head of Combustion Engine and Propulsion System Laboratory in Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is active in projects that arranged by the cooperation with educational institutions, government and private company.

DR. IR. Tri Yuswijayanto Zaenuri is an expert in Combustion Engine, Propulsion System and Fluidal Mechanic, who has a career in this engineering field for more than 15 years. He was graduated from mechanical engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) in 1987 and continued his study in Technische Universitaet Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld , Germany until he got the “Doktor Ingenier” (Dr.Ing) title in Tribology and Kinematics (Reibungstechnik und Maschinenkinetik) on 2000. He is the Head of Combustion Engine and Propulsion System Laboratory in Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He is active in projects that arranged by the cooperation with educational institutions, government and private company. He frequently teachs industrial professional training class on the topics related to his competencies, included on preventive and predictive maintenance.

DR. Ir. I Wayan Suweca has been a senior consulting engineer specialist for PT. TIMAH Tbk., PT. TAMBANG BATUBARA Bukit Asam, KONDUR Petroleum S.A., and PT. KAI whereas he’s involved in failure analysis of machineries and equipments’ design. Mr. Wayan also is a distinguished professor of mechanical engineering at ITB since 1987 and has conducted numerous short courses and seminars for various major oil companies such as PT. CALTEX Pacific Indonesia, PT. FREEPORT Indonesia as well as VICO.



His field of expertise includes mechanical design and drawing, stress analysis and computer aide MSC/Nastran finite element program, mining hydraulics, and vibrations control as well as maintenance management. Mr. Wayan received his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, French in 1990.



 



Ir. Deddy Nugraha is a dedicated experienced fulltime trainer and technical consultant since 2002. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from ITB, Bandung. He has worked nationally in a wide variety of industries including: technology, aerospace, utilities, auditing, mining and institutions thus engaged as a corporate consultant. He also holds certifications for those particular fields from Snecma, France; Engine Support Inc., USA; Danobat, Spain; DNV, Singapore; MTU, Germany and FAA Auditor, USA.



Mr. Nugraha is a member of Indonesian Society for Reliability and was elected as General Sectretay for 2004-2007 period. He has trained hundreds of managers, engineers and floor associates, subjects taught to include; CMMS, RCM, TPM, Project Management, Quality Process Control, Corrosion Control and Protection, Failure Analysis, Engineering Design, Instalation & Constrcution, Inventory Control and Management.
