PENGANTAR PELATIHAN :


Aset fisik, sejalan dengan hukum fisika alamiah, akan selalu mengalami penurunan performansi (deteriorating). Karenanyalah diperlukan tindakan perawatan (maintenance) sedemikian sehingga aset tersebut masih tetap dapat berfungsi dengan memadai.


Bidang maintenance menghadapi tantangan yang semakin besar sejalan dengan tingginya tuntutan akan ketersediaan dan keandalan berbagai aset fisik, safety yang lebih baik, kualitas produk yang lebih tinggi, tidak mencemari lingkungan, umur hidup aset yang lebih panjang, dan yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah tuntutan efektifitas biaya yang sangat baik. Sehingga muncullah konsep Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) yang menandai era Generasi Ketiga dari bidang maintenance tersebut.


Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) merupakan proses yang digunakan untuk menentukan maintenance requirements dari aset fisik apapun dalam konteks operasionalnya. Karena menggunakan pendekatan yang komprehensif, maka RCM akan dapat melakukan reduksi substansial dari beban kerja rutin yang akan membuat berbagai tugas yang tersisa dapat dilakukan dengan tepat. Ini bersamaan dengan eliminasi dari berbagai tugas yang tidak-produktif sehingga mengarah pada maintenance yang lebih efektif.

Course Leader


DR. IR. Tri Yuswijayanto Zaenuri is an expert in Combustion Engine, Propulsion System and Fluidal Mechanic, who has a career in this engineering field for more than 15 years. He graduated from mechanical engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1987 and continued his study in Technische Universitaet Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany until he got the "Doktor Ingenier" (Dr.Ing) title in Tribology and Kinematics (Reibungstechnik und Maschinenkinetik) on 2000. He is the Head of Combustion Engine and Propulsion System Laboratory in Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is active in projects that arranged by the cooperation with educational institutions, government and private company.

DESCRIPTION


The purpose of this course is to introduce personnel to the turbo machinery package, explain system functions and interface, introduce proper operation procedures, and acquaint the student with basic maintenance procedures.


At the conclusion of this course the student should have a basic understanding of turbine engine theory, be familiar with the Solar turbine package and its components, understand satisfactory operation of the package, and be aware of routine maintenance procedures.

This course does not prepare the student to accomplish advanced maintenance and troubleshooting functions. Solar turbine package are built to exacting specifications and more extensive training is required before a serviceman is qualified to perform major repairs and adjustments.

TRAINING INSTRUCTOR


Ir. Pawito Merto Sontowiro, Msc adalah alumnus Teknik Mesin ITB dan sejak tahun 1973 menjadi dosen di jurusan tersebut sampai sekarang. Beliau adalah kepala Laboratorium Energi termal Teknik Mesin Institut Teknologi Bandung, Beliau juga pernah menjabat sebagai ketua jurusan Teknik Mesin ITENAS Bandung, Pernah mengajar di SESKOAD, Pernah mengajar di prokerma depnaker-ITB, prokerma PLN-ITB. Beliau juga pernah memperdalam keilmuan di luar negeri seperti bidang Coal Energy , Argonne, Chicago, Ill., USA, bidang Combustion, Petc, Pittsburgh, Pa, USA dan Pinch Technology, Asian-Australia Energy Cooperation. Bidang spesialisasi Beliau adalah Boiler, Turbin Uap/Gas, Pompa, Kompresor, Konversi Energi dan analisis energy.. Description


Green Belt merupakan istilah yang biasa digunakan dalam proses perbaikan dengan konsep Six Sigma. Penggunaan istilah green belt merupakan kelanjutan analogi dari tingkatan ilmu bela diri. Dari black belt, dimana green belt untuk mewakili posisi yang sedikit dibawah black belt. Karakteristik itu antara lain bahwa orang tersebut harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan metode statistik dan analitis, memiliki pemahaman akan proses dan bisnis di tempat ia bekerja, memahami project management, mempunyai skill kepemimpinan yang kuat serta punya fire in the belly (alias semangat 45) untuk melakukan perbaikan. Dalam implementasi six sigma, seorang (atau lebih) black belt adalah ujung tombak dalam melakukan perbaikan. Ia adalah pemimpin tim yang ditugaskan dalam melakukan peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas bisnis. Beliau telah berkecimpung di dalam dunia industri kurang lebih 15 tahun. Maintenanance dan Produktifitas, 2 hal yang sangat berkaitan dan saling menunjang telah dikembangkan menjadi suatu sinergi yang hebat dalam suatu sistem manufacture.


Sejak tahun 1999 telah mempelajari dan mengetrapkan Konsep TPM dan Kaizen di dalam suatu industri. Kelebihan dan kekurangan dari implementasi TPM dan Kaizen ini telah dikenali dan diketemukan solusinya.


Awal tahun 2003, mendapatkan Sertificate TPM Basic dari Jepang dan disusul dengan penerimaan Sertificate TPM Advance juga dari Jepang pada akhir tahun 2004. Penerimaan sertificate tersebut tidak diperoleh secara teoritis saja tetapi juga dengan implementasi di Lapangan.


Tidak ketinggalan juga, Sertificate Kaizen Basic dan Advance juga telah diperoleh pada tahun 2001 dan 2005.


Berbekal pengalaman yang mendalam dan sertificate yang diperoleh, berbagai macam project telah berhasil dikerjakan dan berhasil dengan sukses. Project tersebut antara lain:




  1. Develop / training 25 group TPM dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2003 – 2006. Secara overall dengan TPM berhasil menurunkan Break Down rata-rata 15%, bahkan ada yang mencapai 40%.

  2. Develop / training 8 group Kaizen dengan masing-masing group beranggotakan 5-8 orang dari tahun 2001 – 2006. Secara overall dengan Kaizen, produktifitas dapat ditingkatkan rata-rata 20%.

  3. Presentasi tentang Keberhasilan TPM di Jepang pada tahun 2005.

  4. Pada November 2006 mendapat Medali Perak pada ICQCC, suatu konvensi international tentang QCC / SGA.

  5. Pada Februari 2007 menjadi pemenang ke-2 dalam lomba Best Practice Competition yang diselenggarakan oleh Omron Head Quarter di Kyoto-Japan.

  6. Sekarang sudah bergabung dengan ISSI Training dan Selnajaya Training sebagai Ascociate Trainer dan Productivity Consultant.

This specially designed course will be conducted by DR. IR. Tri Yuswijayanto Zaenuri is an expert in Combustion Engine, Propulsion System and Fluidal Mechanic, who has a career in this engineering field for more than 15 years. He graduated from mechanical engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung in 1987 and continued his study in Technische Universitaet Clausthal, Clausthal-Zellerfeld , Germany until he got the "Doktor Ingenier" (Dr.Ing) title in Tribology and Kinematics (Reibungstechnik und Maschinenkinetik) on 2000. He is the Head of Combustion Engine and Propulsion System Laboratory in Institut Teknologi Bandung. He is active in projects that arranged by the cooperation with educational institutions, government and private company.
