TUJUAN TRAINING

Memberikan suatu wawasan   industri yang berkenaan dengan rekayasa hidrolik berupa prinsip-prinsip hidrolik, rancangan peralatan dan berbagai rangkain serta aplikasinya

 

CAKUPAN MATERI TRAINING

1. Prinsip-prinsip fisika, simbol dan standar ISO


2. Rancangan, fungsi dan data karakteristik dari pompa, katup aliran, katup tekanan, katup arah (directional control valve)


3. Kurva karakterstik pompa


4. Pengukuran waktu dan tekanan silinder


5. Metode perhitungan untuk gaya, kecepatan dan keluaran (debit)


6. Rangkaian dasar mempergunakan silinder kerja tunggal dan kerja ganda


7. Simulasi parameter rancangan dalam rekayasa hidrolik


8. Praktek laboratorium


9. Diskusi

 

INSTRUCTOR

Ir. Aris Suryadi, MT. and Team

Ir. Aris Suryadi, MT adalah alumnus dari ITB dengan bidang spesialisasi otomasi proses produksi. Beliau menjadi dosen di jurusan mesin Poltek ITB (politeknik Negeri Bandung) sejak tahun 1990. Beliau sudah sering menyampaikan training untuk topik-topik di bidang kompetensinya, diantaranya seperti  Motor Management System, Pneumatic & Electro Pneumatic, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Hydraulic & Electrohydraulic, Automotif Technology, Mechatronic and Automation, Application Engineering, Automatic Control Technology. Training-training yang disampaikan oleh Pak Aris Suryadi disertai dengan praktikum langsung menggunakan peralatan yang bersesuaian dengan topik trainingnya sehingga peserta training akan merasakan seperti pada kondisi real di lapangan.
