Improving Your Equipment Through TPM & OEE

Improving Your Equipment Through TPM & OEE

Executive Club* | Hotel, July 30 - 31 , 2008 | Rp 3.450.000,- (Full Fare)

Outline

  • The Heart of TPM

    • The origin of TPM, mengetengahkan sejarah perkembangan TPM dari Breakdown Maintenance sampai menuju ke era TPM.

    • The 8 Pillars of TPM, membahas tentang pilar-pilar yang menegakkan jalanya roda TPM.

  • Measurement of TPM

    • The Study Cases of OEE calculation, membahas tentang contoh perhitungan OEE beserta komponennya.
