Enterprise Resources Planning merupakan sebuah teknologi system informasi terintegrasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Beberapa survey lapangan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP dapat meningkatkan dengan cepat kinerja perusahaan dan beberapa mengalami kegagalan, sehingga dapat merusak sistem perusahaan. Keberhasilan ini dicapai dengan kesuksesan implementasi ERP yang ditentukan oleh key user (tim project ERP).

Tujuan Pelatihan :

Dalam pelatihan ini para peserta akan diajarkan untuk memahami, mengevaluasi, mengembangkan, dan menyeleksi vendor penyedia jasa system ERP, sehingga pada akhirnya perusahaan dapat mengembangkan system ERP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan saat ini.  Pelatihan ini disampaikan oleh 2 (dua) orang nara sumber yang memiliki background sebagai user (SCM expert) dan developer system (IT expert).

DENI DANASENJAYA,SE, MM & SETIABUDI, ST

Mr. Danasenjaya has worked in logistics and banking operations since 1995. Parallel to his hands-on experience he has run numerous training courses on SCM, HSE as well as logistics & procurement strategy, and has written several articles and papers with topics in management, hidden cost in distribution and transportation, ISO 14000 and logistic. He spent several years working as Senior Assistant for PT. Bank Inter-Pacific Tbk. whereas beforehand he worked at PT. Bank Niaga Tbk and Logistic Services Provider Company in Jakarta.

He now works as Supply Chain Analyst Manager at 3PL Company, Jakarta
Duties and Responsibilities:

2. Reviewing company SOP based on best practice operations and current regulations


3. Plan, organize and lead the work of teams and individuals.


4. Managing health and safety working environment


5. Obtain, analyze and present information on the government regulation that might affect to operations.

Setiabudi is an information technology professional with over 11 years extensive experience in many projects and joined in many national and multi-national companies.
He has comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of information technology implementation, assurance and audit. Since February 2005, he was founded PT. AWAKAMI and get the Chairman responsibility in it company. His entrepreneur experience was expanded by founded PT. SAJIWA (Satu Jiwa Barokah). Its company core business is information technology services and products development. His non professional profile is very addict playing and listening music, reading, outdoor activities and
gathering with his family and friends.
